Due to the organic nature of our products we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES

We’re human, so if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or your item is defective, please feel free to email us (within 48hrs) with picture proof and we will happily exchange it.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY

If for any reason, your product is damaged during transit, please send an email (within 48hrs) with picture proof and we will send a replacement!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please understand, if any packages have been lost or stolen we ARE NOT responsible. Once a package has left our facility the responsibility is turned over to shipping agent. Please contact the local carrier that delivers in your area to locate your package.
