SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once the package is in the possession of shipping agent, we are unable to cancel or change your address if it has been entered incorrectly.
RE-SHIPPING DUE TO INCORRECT/INVALID ADDRESS
If you've placed an order with an invalid address that needs to be corrected please reach out to customer service via email (email@example.com) ASAP to get your address corrected.
In the case that your package has been returned to us due to an invalid address. We will reship once we've received your updated shipping address. However, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the cost of reshipping. You have 7 days to respond to us via email or you will receive a refund, not including the cost of shipping and any additional fees.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please understand, if any packages have been lost or stolen we ARE NOT responsible. Once a package has left our facility the responsibility is turned over to shipping agent. Please contact the local carrier that delivers in your area to locate your package.
